Welcome to Bethany Church

Thank you for taking time to view our site, we hope you'll find it easy to use and informative. One word that best describes the atmosphere here at Bethany is "friendly". Visitors tend to walk away feeling like they were welcomed and cared for here, and that's our desire for you today.

Bethany Church has exsisted for over 100 years - and is going strong. We are a Bible believing - teaching church, and your spiritual journey is very important to us. That's why we've layed out the "4 b's" as our values, begin, believe, belong, and become, as well as our vision of Loving God, Loving Others, Living Missionally, and helping others do the same. We want you to get a sense of where you are on your journey, and how we can help move you along. With this in mind we've created the Journey Classes designed for those who have questions and are looking for solid answers.

We're pretty casual here, feel free to dress comfortably. When you come for the first time, stop by the Welcome Center located in front of the church (on Clark), have a cup of coffee and a breakfast treat, and feel free to ask the people there any question you may have about our church or our ministries. They will happily direct you and your entire family to the place designed for your stage of life. We provide a safe and nurturing environment for nursery and preschool children. They can be taken to their classes prior to the worship service. Children, kindergarten through fifth grade, begin their worship with you in the Sanctuary and are later dismissed to Kids Church (feel free to walk them out to see where you will pick them up). If you attend our first service and plan on staying for the Sunday School Hour, your children will automatically transition into their own Sunday School. Junior High, High School, and College groups all meet during the middle hour as well.
